I’m Kaylee- the design and maker behind Cara Thomas Millinery. I create statement millinery for race days, weddings and special occasions especially for women who want something a little more unforgettable than the usual high street options.

Since beginning my millinery journey, I have trained with some of the most respected milliners in the industry, both in the UK and worldwide. I am also a proud member of the International Millinery Network.

What started as a creative passion quickly became a an obsession with shape, craftsmanship and the power of a great hat. My style combines traditional millinery techniques with modern materials- leading to sculptural shapes, dramatic silhouettes luxurious textures and details that make the piece stand out. Each piece is handmade using carefully selected materials including sinamay, leather, felt, parasisal and modern sculptural elements. I love combining timeless craftmanship with unexpected finishes to create hats that feel stylish, wearable and individual- never mass-produced or generic.
